1. General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and kuj9 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://kuj9.app and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces (collectively, "the Platform" or "kuj9").

By accessing the kuj9 Platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published by kuj9 from time to time, including but not limited to:

• The kuj9 Responsible Gaming Policy (available at /responsible-gaming)
• Individual game rules as published by the relevant certified game studio
• Specific bonus and promotion terms issued at the time of each offer

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the kuj9 Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated summary, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Use of the kuj9 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all pending bets will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the originating payment method.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual player may hold only one registered account on the kuj9 Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, payment method identities, or device profiles — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, kuj9 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit any bonus balances held across those accounts. Real-money balances in duplicate accounts may be subject to investigation before release.

2.4 Capacity to Contract

By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you, that you are not acting on behalf of any third party, and that the funds you deposit on the kuj9 Platform are your own lawfully obtained funds and are not derived from any illegal source.

3. Account Registration and Obligations

To access the full features of kuj9 — including making deposits, placing bets, and claiming bonuses — you must create a registered player account. The account registration process and your ongoing account obligations are governed by the provisions below.

3.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the point of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a Bangladeshi mobile number. You must notify kuj9 promptly if any of your registered details change. kuj9 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep account information current and accurate.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kuj9 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. All activity conducted through your account — regardless of who actually performed it — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact kuj9 immediately at [email protected] so that protective measures can be applied without delay.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

kuj9 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme to verify the identity, age, and payment method ownership of its players. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photographic identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or bank account in your registered name)

KYC verification is typically required before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any subsequent point. kuj9 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until KYC is satisfactorily completed. The processing of KYC submissions normally takes 1 to 3 business days. 3.4 Account Accuracy and Misrepresentation

Any wilful misrepresentation of personal information — including providing false age, false identity, or false address details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. kuj9 will close accounts found to contain materially false information, void all associated bets and bonuses, and may report the matter to relevant authorities where required.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on the kuj9 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kuj9 does not apply currency conversion charges on BDT transactions. The following provisions govern deposits and withdrawals.

4.1 Deposits

kuj9 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. kuj9 does not impose a deposit processing fee on the player, though your payment provider may apply its own standard transaction charges. Deposits are credited to your kuj9 account balance instantly or within a short processing window depending on the payment channel used.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by any verified kuj9 account holder whose real-money balance meets the minimum withdrawal threshold. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering safeguard.
• Any active bonus balance or funds subject to wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• kuj9 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusually large or otherwise requiring further review.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1 to 24 hours for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and up to 3 business days for bank transfer methods.

4.3 Responsibility for Payment Method Accuracy

You are responsible for providing correct and current payment method details when making deposits and requesting withdrawals. kuj9 accepts no liability for funds lost as a result of incorrect payment details submitted by the player. In the event that a withdrawal is directed to an incorrect account due to player error, kuj9 will make reasonable efforts to assist in recovery but cannot guarantee the return of such funds.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

kuj9 offers a range of bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published with each individual promotion.

5.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

Bonus offers are available to eligible registered kuj9 account holders only. Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and whose accounts are in good standing at the time the bonus is claimed. kuj9 reserves the right to exclude any player from a specific bonus offer at its discretion, with or without explanation.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.3 Bonus Abuse

kuj9 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: claiming the same bonus multiple times across duplicate accounts, systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play, using prohibited software to execute low-risk bonus wagering strategies, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Where bonus abuse is detected, kuj9 reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and to close the associated account.

5.4 Seasonal and Bangladesh-Specific Promotions

kuj9 periodically offers promotions timed to events relevant to the Bangladesh calendar, including Eid special bonuses, Pohela Boishakh celebrations, Victory Day offers, and promotions aligned with BPL cricket season and T20 World Cup fixtures. These promotions are available to eligible Bangladesh-based players and are subject to the same general bonus terms set out in this section, plus any promotion-specific conditions published at the time of the offer.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Sportsbook Betting

All sports bets placed on kuj9 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market, as published in the kuj9 sportsbook. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, kuj9's determination — based on available official data from the relevant sports governing body — shall be final. kuj9 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a clear and obvious pricing error has occurred, where the odds were materially incorrect at the time of placement.

6.2 Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot games available on kuj9 are supplied by certified third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to the rules published by its respective studio. Game outcomes are determined by independently audited random number generators (RNG). kuj9 is not responsible for technical malfunctions originating from a third-party game studio's software; in such cases, the studio's own dispute resolution process applies.

6.3 Void Bets and Game Interruptions

In the event that a game or betting session is interrupted due to a technical failure on the kuj9 Platform, affected bets will be assessed and resolved in accordance with kuj9's technical failure policy. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined, the bet stake will typically be returned to the player's account balance. kuj9 will not be liable for any losses arising from internet connectivity failures on the player's side.

6.4 Maximum Bet and Maximum Win Limits

kuj9 operates maximum bet limits and maximum single-transaction win caps on specific games and markets. These limits are published within each relevant game or market interface. kuj9 reserves the right to void any portion of a bet that exceeds published limits and to pay out only up to the applicable maximum win cap regardless of the theoretical winnings accrued.

7. Prohibited Conduct and Fraud

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the kuj9 Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct faces immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity, age, or payment method information; impersonating another person; or using a stolen or unauthorised payment method.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market, including chip dumping in poker or matched-bet manipulation in live casino games.
• Use of prohibited software: Deploying bots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence tools, screen-scraping software, or any other automated system to interact with the kuj9 Platform in a manner not consistent with normal human play.
• Money laundering: Using the kuj9 Platform to process or conceal the proceeds of criminal activity. kuj9 will report any suspected money laundering to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile wallet provider in respect of a completed deposit that was genuinely made by you. kuj9 treats unjustified chargebacks as fraud and will suspend the associated account pending recovery proceedings.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting a software bug, pricing error, or system malfunction to obtain an advantage. Any winnings generated through the exploitation of a known error are void.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your kuj9 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, kuj9 will process any outstanding verified withdrawal of your real-money balance before closing the account. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by kuj9

kuj9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false or unverifiable identity or age information.
• The account is suspected of involvement in fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activity.
• The player has initiated an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute.
• kuj9 is required to do so by applicable law or a directive from a competent authority.
• The player is identified as being under the age of 18.
• The player requests self-exclusion under kuj9's Responsible Gaming policy.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, kuj9 will notify the player via their registered email address with details of the reason for the suspension and the expected investigation timeline, to the extent permitted by law.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gaming for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion via their account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion takes immediate effect and cannot be reversed within the chosen exclusion period. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kuj9 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the kuj9 Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Interruptions to the Platform caused by technical failures, maintenance, or force majeure events.
• Errors in game results or odds caused by technical malfunctions originating from third-party game studio software.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Incorrect payment details submitted by you that result in a failed or misdirected withdrawal.
• Any decisions made by you based on information published on the kuj9 Platform that you rely upon at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms limits kuj9's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by kuj9's proven negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. In all other cases, kuj9's total aggregate liability to any one player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Gambling involves financial risk. The value of funds you hold on the kuj9 Platform may go up or down as a result of bets and wagers placed. You acknowledge that you engage in online gaming at your own risk and that kuj9 bears no responsibility for gambling losses incurred during normal Platform operation.

10. Amendments to These Terms

kuj9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason, including to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory guidance, Platform features, or business operations. The following process applies to all material amendments:

• kuj9 will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date.
• For material amendments — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations — kuj9 will send a notification to your registered email address at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect.
• Continued use of the kuj9 Platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.
• If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 8.1 above.

Minor amendments — such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not substantively change the meaning of a provision, or updates to contact details — may be made without advance notice.
